Do you accept schoolchildren and students? If yes, on what basis?
Yes, we accept pupils and students for internships and apprenticeships organized by high schools and universities within the framework of a tripartite internship or apprenticeship agreement.
Students from which universities and majors can apply for internships/apprenticeship?
In cases of students, we prefer technical schools with a major in Computer Science.
In cases of university students, we prefer majors in:
– Computer Science, Automation and Robotics, Programming and Databases, Mechatronics and related majors,
– Marketing, Marketing and Sales, Administration and related majors.
Are there any restrictions in years of study to do an internship/practicum at PERITUS-ACT?
We accept students regardless of the year of study, as well as students in grades III, IV and V of technical schools.
With only one month's internship to my credit, can I also apply for admission?
Of course. The minimum practice period is one month.
Can I stagger my practice?
Of course, due to the duration, internships and apprenticeships are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Are there any specific requirements for those applying for internships at PERITUS-ACT?
Above all, what we require from those interested is commitment, proactivity, striving to develop and expand their knowledge, creativity and openness to new challenges. We pay attention to the ability to work in a team and good organization of own work.
We also require English language skills.
What will my first days at the company look like?
Every new trainee/practitioner admitted to PERITUS-ACT goes through an induction process, during which he/she gets acquainted with the company’s headquarters, workplace, team, organizational structure and customs. An experienced employee also introduces the new team member to the current projects and tasks he/she will be working on, as well as introduces him/her to the adopted work methodology.
What are the internship/ apprenticeship hours at PERITUS-ACT?
The preferred internship/internship hours should coincide with the working hours of the individual teams, as we want the interns/interns, to develop under the guidance of their experienced supervisors.
Teams start work between seven and nine in the morning.
Is there a possibility of remote internship?
This is not possible.

what level of English proficiency is required?
The required level of English varies depending on the position, we prefer no lower level than B1-B2.
Is only English the required foreign language?
Yes, English is the only required language. Other foreign languages (German preferred) will be seen as additional advantage.

What are the working hours at PERITUS-ACT?
The preferred starting hours are between seven and nine in the morning. However, depending on the position, it is possible to set working hours on an individual basis.
Is it possible to work remotely?
There is an opportunity to work remotely in selected positions, with prior agreement on the frequency and range of hours.
Does working at PERITUS-ACT involve travel?
Depends on the position and the project being implemented. The trips mainly involve the Implementation Team, but their frequency varies. There are both domestic and international trips.
With the development of remote work, the company is trying to reduce the number of trips.
How does the employee training subsidy work?
Every employee is entitled to an employee development grant once a year. The amount can be used for, among other things, training, workshops, conferences, educational materials, e-books and much more.
